Exceed Expectations – Our experience has taught us that a happy customer creates at least 3 new customers. The best way to have a happy customer is to set good expectations, deliver on these expectations and exceed these expectations. You can expect us to show up the agreed upon time, work diligently, and exceed your expectations because we have high quality teams of painters, and more importantly high quality people.
A job is not complete until the customer is happy – When providing you with a written estimate we will ask you a variety of questions to find out what your end goal is with the project. Once we have this objective we work towards it until the job is complete. At the end of the job once we have done our own walk around and fix any deficiencies, if the customer has any issues we resolve them before we leave. If something is noticed after we leave, we come back and take care of it. Although this rarely happens, we come back if there is an issue because we stand behind the original estimate which is set out to meet all of your objectives.
If you make a promise, keep it – Very simple and another easy way to keep customers happy and coming back. We do not make claims if they are not realistic and if something is going to be an issue we make it clear and we do our best to figure out any unknowns before we start the work to ensure the job goes smoothly. If there are hiccups along the way you can expect us to deal with them in a professional manner and keep you fully informed at all times.
A customer is not simply a number – we have met a lot of great people over the years, and made many friends along the way. Although we are extremely professional about the way we go about our business we make a lot of friends along the way, as a result of our friendly, easy going nature, and more importantly not treating each customer as just another job.
Treat people like you want to be treated – You may have heard this expression before, but is a simple and effective value that everyone in our company lives by. We treat everyone from customers, employees, contractors, paint store affiliates just as we would want to be treated just as we would want to be treated.
